Deposit of 50% of rental cost to be paid upon reservation. The balance must then be paid at least 8 weeks before 1st day of rental period. No cancellations except for exceptional circumstances which will be decided at Rental Del Sol’s discretion. A security deposit of 25% of the total rental will be held by Rental Del Sol, and refunded 48 hours after rental period ends.
